strategy into actionable plans, ensuring alignment across departments and teams.
Serve as a liaison between the SVP of Technology, Sr. Executives, and external partners, managing relationships and
communications.
Lead high-profile projects, from planning to execution, ensuring measurable outcomes and alignment with organizational
objectives.
Designed and governed an enterprise Talent Lifecycle Strategy, integrating hiring, onboarding, leadership development,
performance enablement, and offboarding to support growth, M&A activity, and regulatory compliance.

Director of Process Optimization and Program Management (2023 – June 2025)

Reporting to the VP of IT & EHR, oversee the Process Optimization and Project Management departments.
Developed the PACS’s Process Optimization (PROPs) Program identifying waste and implementing measurable and
scalable process solutions tied to PACS’s Core Values.
Designed the organization’s multi-Departmental Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) project plan.

FIT Solutions, LLC. San Diego, CA (February 2023 – December 2023)

IT & Cybersecurity Project Manager

Reporting to the VP of Technology, oversee the Process Optimization and Project Management departments.
Implemented PACS Technology Ecosystem measuring High-Value Activities (HVAs) and KPIs of process Standards, health of Systems, and the mindsets of the People.
Developed the PACS’s Process Optimization (PROPs) Program identifying waste and implementing measurable and scalable process solutions tied to PACS’s Core Values.
Created a Departmental Employee Lifecycle Portfolio consisting of the Hiring, New-Hire Onboarding, Employee-Growth, and Employee Offboarding programs respectfully.

Led Global L&D departments in the US and Italy who created innovative behavior-based training materials and modalities utilized in multiple countries and languages Worldwide.
Launched Amazon Global Specialty Operations including AmazonFresh, AmazonGo, AmazonPrime Delivery, and TreasureTruck.
Assessed operational challenges to build performance solutions, developing Training Best-Practices & Standards, and drive execution of solutions.

Developed, executed, and oversaw Amazon’s Global Safety Training Program to ensure Regulatory and Policy compliance for Amazon Fulfillment Centers, AmazonFresh, AmazonCampus, AmazonRobotics, PrimeAir, and PrimeNow.
Faculty member and content-creator at Amazon’s North America Operational Leadership Institute.
Produced Problem-Solving scenario-based gaming eLearning to increase data driven input and identify true root cause for Incident Investigations.
Co-created a first-in-industry VR simulator (Raymond Forklift) used for training Associates on Power Industrial Truck (PIT) operations.
